X105CrMo17 steel or 1.4125 steel is an European standard high carbon martensitic stainless steel. Due to its high carbon, chromium and molybdenum content, it has high strength, good hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature and low temperature dimensional stability.

Material Brinell hardness: ≤285 HBW (Annealed)

Heat Treatment Specification

  • Hot forming temperature: 1100-900℃ (cooling: slow cooling)
  • Annealing temperature: 780-840℃ (cooling: furnace, air)
